I'm a dork to the nth degree
So the other night I was watching one of my favorite shows, History Detectives, on PBS. On one of the segments they were researching whether a set of books once belonged to John Calhoun. Of course the books were Gibbons full set of The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. As they were discussing this book and how many of the United States founding members had read it, I decided that I must now read it too. So of course I went out and bought a full seven volume set. Abridged versions are for bitches. I'll let y'all know how it was. It'll probably take me a year to read it all, but I could use what I learn from this book to take over the world.

You should create a graphic novel about your new 7 volume series.
Not about the Rise & Fall of the Roman Empire itself, but about your experience trying to read it!

You introduced me to this show and I've had bad nightmares about Dr. Weird ever since.
Care to join me for the opening night on 4/13?
