Goin' to Grandma's house!! Goin' to get drunk and start fires!!

So tonight I'm off to Iowa with my cousins Kate and Amanda, where we will be having our first annual older grand-daughters get loaded at grandma's house and lets start a bonfire fest. Because there are so many of us, we had to limit the group. I think to qualify you must be part of the Vanni clan, be a lady and at least 16. I'm leaving right after work today and didn't realize this morning exactly how heavy my bag would be. You see, I only need two days worth of clothing and all those who know me, know that I am a light packer. Well included in my bag is four bottles of wine and two bottles of vodka. And then my arm almost fell off this morning. But hey at least I can see again.

Yes friends I managed to screw up my eyes something good about a week ago. My allergies showed up early this year and all the nasty crust on my eyes scratched up my eyeballs, so it looked like I had been partacking in some activites that most would deem illegal. But, I took the day off yesterday. I took a vacation from sight and movement (because its not enough that my eyes got screwed, I twisted my ankle on the way to work too... I've been wearing quite the fashionable ankle brace for the last week).

Anywho, must attend to a meeting. I will eventually write again. I promise.
